This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel delivers the pages via a globally distributed server network; enquiries sent via the contact form (section 3) are processed by Vercel in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The logs in our Vercel account are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR) and on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses agreed with Vercel (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
3. Contact form and appointment booking
If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, optional phone number, your message) and the time of the request are processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry, preventing abuse, and in case of follow-up questions, and are transmitted to us by email. We do not share this data with third parties without your consent. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries and protection against form abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data submitted via the form is delivered exclusively by email and is not stored in a database on the server.

The booking page is only loaded when you click the link; meetergo is not embedded on our website itself. The data you enter (name, email address, selected time and, if you add any, the email addresses of further guests) is processed to arrange the appointment, send you a confirmation and enter it in our calendar. meetergo stores the data on servers in Germany. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for the details of further guests, our legitimate interest in organizing the meeting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with meetergo in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. We delete the appointment data no later than six months after the trade fair, unless a further business relationship arises from it.
4. Storage of your cookie choice
On your first visit, a banner asks whether we may use Google Analytics (section 5). We store your choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage, entry “cookie_consent” with the value “accepted” or “declined”) so that the banner does not reappear on every page. The entry is not transmitted to us and remains until you delete it in your browser. This storage is strictly necessary to respect your choice (Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act, TDDDG).
You can withdraw or renew your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw it, we remove the Google Analytics cookies from your browser and reload the page.
5. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
If you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics is integrated via Google Tag Manager from the same provider. Without your consent, neither Tag Manager nor Google Analytics is loaded and no data is transmitted to Google.
Google Analytics records which pages you visit, when and for how long, which page referred you to us, technical information about your browser, operating system and device, and your approximate location (country, region). For this purpose, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_<ID>) that recognise your browser pseudonymously; they are deleted after two years at the latest. Your IP address is only processed briefly on servers in the EU to determine your approximate location and is then discarded; Google Analytics does not store it. We use the reports to improve the website. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled; user- and event-level data is deleted after two months.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” (section 4).
Google also processes the data in the USA (Google LLC). Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. Further information: Google Privacy Policy.
6. Storage period
We process and store personal data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose of storage or as required by statutory retention periods. Inquiries submitted via the contact form are deleted once processing is complete, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial or tax law) require otherwise.
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your stored personal data, a right to data portability, and a right to object to processing. You may withdraw any consent given (e.g. for the cookie banner) at any time with future effect via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR
Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You can send your objection informally to the contact details above.
